เพื่อประโยชน์ของทุกคน พึงสละเสียซึ่งประโยชน์ส่วนบุคคล 

เพื่อประโยชน์ของชาติบ้านเมืองและของประชาชน ก็ควรสละเสียซึ่ง

ประโยชน์อื่นใดทั้งปวง
