Say truly in straight and consistent way.

Kings, monks or the virtuous speak truly and consistently.

This is the old traditional way of noble practice followed by,

ancient sages.

พึงกล่าวคำสัตย์อย่างตรงไปตรงมา

กษัตริย์ พระสงฆ์ หรือผู้มีคุณธรรมพูดแต่คำสัตย์อยู่เสมอ
